Passed with flying colours: ITSA successfully achieves SQS re-certification
Inter-Translations SA has been SQS-certified since 1994 – indeed it was the first translation agency ever to be certified in Switzerland. As part of the two-yearly re-certification audit, the entirety of its procedures and processes were again examined and investigated down to the last detail by the SQS.
The outcome: our lungs repeatedly drawing in their full capacity of air, our heart pounding like a drum in anticipation... The certification based on ISO 9001:2015 was reissued without any conditions having to be met! ITSA remains in the best of health and also superbly equipped to meet the demanding requirements and expectations of its clientele in the future.
